JCHX BOTSWANA is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
𝗛𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝟭)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
● 5 years’ experience post qualification, with at least 3 of those in a mining environment or heavy industry.
● Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
● Must have full knowledge of applicable OHS Management Systems.
● Recognized Incident Investigation Course (ICAM ideally).
Knowledge and Awareness of relevant Botswana OHS statutes..
● Blasting License (Will be an advantage).
● Class B Manual Driver’s License.
● Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.

𝗕𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗥 (𝟯)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
● BGCSE plus NCC in Welding and Fabrication or equivalent.
● Class B Manual driver’s license.
● 2-year post-qualifying experience or successful completion of the Artisan Development Program (ADP).
● Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015.
● Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
● At least Trade test B in Fitting or equivalent.
● Previous experience in operating pumps or related equipment is preferred.
● Class B Manual driver’s license.
● Experience in underground mining is an added advantage.
● Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.

● Basic Computer Knowledge
● Demonstrate understanding of mining specific safety protocols.
● Previous experience in operating pumps or related equipment is preferred..
● Class B Manual Driver’s license.
● Experience in underground mining is an added advantage
● Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.
