Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer to join our team in Letlhakane. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and promoting SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment across all operational sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) or a related discipline.
-Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in workplace safety, health management, or risk control.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
-Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits.
-Promote SHE awareness and ensure compliance across all company sites.
-Support continuous improvement of safety culture and standards.
