JOB SUMMARY

Mascom is looking for a Fintech Payments & Business Segments Executive to support the reconciliation, settlement, and liquidation processes across Fintech billers, banks, and vendors as well as overseeing float management.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or a related field.

Job Requirements

        • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or a related field.
        • Professional Certification (preferred or advantageous): ACCA / CIMA / CPA / CA; Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) Certification
        • 3 – 5 years role in Fintech, digital banking, PSPs or mobile money environment.
        • Demonstrated experience in handling daily float positions across multiple payment partners.
        • Experience and familiarity with Bank of Botswana, NBFIRA, FIA requirements for settlement reporting.
        • Experience working with finance and audit teams to provide reconciliations.
        • Experience managing external payment partners.
