Responsibilities
● Attending to alarm calls as instructed by the Control Centre within target time.
● Ensuring that trips are logged in the Vehicle Control Form and that every vehicle movement is sanctioned
by the Response Control Centre.
● Assisting Supervisors as and when the need arises, and executing all reasonable and lawful instructions
that may be given by Supervisors.
● Ensuring maintenance of professionalism and discipline, and ensuring that indiscipline is elevated to
supervisors for action. Following up reports with supervisors to ensure completion.
● Through the Response Control Centre’s authority, visit premises whenever the Control Centre fails to get
hold of the client where access was not gained.
Requirements
● Minimum Cambridge/BGCSE Certificate.
● Must hold no criminal record.
● Age – Mature and Responsible.
● Physically and Mentally fit.
● Fluent in both English and Setswana.
● Security experience will be an added advantage.
● A five (5) year old clean drivers’ license-two (2) years proven record of MANUAL driving experience.
