COMMERCIAL MANAGER (2 POSITIONS)
Knowledgeable in Road & Earthworks/ Building& Civils. 10+years ofgeneralexperience, a minimum of 5+ years in a similar position. A Major in QS/Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., QSRC, ERB or equivalent, PMP/ Prince2Practitioner/PMI- SP or equivalent).
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (2 POSITIONS)
BSc Expert in Mine-related and Private Works. A Major in QS/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering or related field, with qualifications of BSc/BE(Civil)or Similar. 10+ years of general experience and a minimum of 5+ years in a similar position.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ CONTRACTORS REPRESENTATIVE (3 POSITIONS)
BSc/BE (Civil) or similar. 10 years of experience in the proposed position.
PROJECT MANAGER (2 POSITIONS)
2+ years of general experience, 8+ years of experience managing large-scale and multidisciplinary construction projects, and water-related projects. A minimum of 5years in a similar project position. Must have experience working in the SADC area or World Bank/AfDB-funded project.
SITE AGENT/SENIOR ROAD ENGINEER (1 POSITION)
BSc/BE(Civil)or Similar in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering or related field. 15+ years of general experience, a minimum of 8 years in a similar position. Professional certifications (e.g.,ERB or equivalent) will be an added advantage. Must have experience working in the SADC area or World Bank/AfDB-funded project
HEAVY-DUTY DRIVER (1 POSITION)
10 years of relevant work experience with an authentic driver’s license and references.
BRIDGE ENGINEER (1 POSITION)
12+ years general experience,8+ years in similar position BE(Civil)or Similar, Civil Engineering or related field.
MECHANIC (2 POSITIONS)
Specialised in maintenance of asphalt machinery and knowledgeable in equipment parts and service machinery.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (2 POSITIONS)
20+ years of general experience,10+ years in a similar position, BSc/BE(Civil)or Similar Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering or related field. Must have experience working in the SADC area or World Bank/AfDB-funded project
ESTIMATOR (BUILDING/ ROADS/ BRIDGE AND WATER SANITATION) (4 POSITIONS)
Minimum of 5 years general experience, minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.Responsible for analysing project documents, calculating costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring accuracy in all tender submissions. BSc/BEng. in Civil Engineering, Project Management (Estimation)
TECHNICIAN (15 POSITIONS)
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in SHEQ, Highway, Building, and road construction.
TRANSLATOR / INTERPRETER (1 POSITION)
10 years of work experience. HSK LEVEL 5 and 6.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (2 POSITIONS)
10 years’ post-qualification experience. A Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying, MSc is an added advantage. Proven knowledge of QS/estimating software is a prerequisite.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING OPERATORS WITH 15 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Asphalt tipper operator
- Grader operator
- Asphalt batch plant operator
