MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Education (from a recognized institution)
- BEd (Bachelor of Education) or PGDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Education)
- Valid teaching license or permission to teach
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
- Ability to maintain high academic standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons
- Maintain discipline and support academic excellence
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to centre goals, academic improvement, and extracurricular activities
