Role Description
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the incumbent will act as a strategic partner to management, providing professional advice and guidance on human resource management to support a high-performance culture. The role will build strong partnerships across the organisation to deliver value-added HR services that align with and support organisational objectives.
The Human Resources Business Partner will drive and align the HR agenda with the organisational strategy by developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives within designated business units. The role will ensure effective talent management practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It will further monitor organisational and HR trends, produce accurate HR analytics to support decision-making, manage compensation and benefits, and provide hands-on HR support to foster high performance, continuous improvement, and a positive organisational climate.
Job Requirements & Experience
- At least five (5) years’ post-qualification experience in the HR environment, three (3) of which must have been at supervisory level.
- Experience in HR systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Public Administration or related field.
- A master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business or strategic Leadership will be an added advantage.
- Membership in a recognized HR establishment is a plus key.
