Internship General Management
Laurelton Diamonds Botswana, one of the country’s leading diamond cutting and polishing factories and a subsidiary of Tiffany & Co., the world-renowned jewellery retailer, has created a Tiffany – Laurelton Diamond Internship Program.
This program is designed to engage and accelerate selected participants’ development in the areas of general management/leadership and full diamond vocational skills.
We are currently seeking candidates to be placed in this exciting program; focused opportunities to enhance exceptional learning experience. This program will be split between Gaborone, Botswana and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/human resources or equivalent; 2024 or 2025 graduate, with ability to work abroad
· Excellent communications skills in both writing and speech in the English language.
· Proficient in MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Experience:
· No more than 1 year of post-graduating work experience (excluding internships, apprenticeships, and summer jobs).

To be considered for the internship, candidates must meet the following requirements.
· Botswana National.
· Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree, or an international equivalent between October 2024 and October 2025.
· Available to start a full-time internship from February 2026.
· Must be able to commit to the program participation of 12 months.
· Flexibility to work at our Cambodia facility for a 4-month period.
· Must have a valid passport, and the ability to travel internationally.
· Fluent in English.

Supplemental Essay
