We are HIRING: DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Purpose
The Digital Strategist will lead the development, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing strategies that elevate the Options Botswana brand, drive online and in-store traffic, strengthen customer engagement, and grow sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual digital marketing strategy aligned to the brand’s growth objectives.
- Lead digital campaign planning for product drops, seasonal collections, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Manage and maintain the Brand’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive strategy, content direction, and community management across all social platforms.
- Conduct market research on fashion trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and digital benchmarks.
- Ensure content is on-brand and optimised.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies.
- Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns.
- Track campaign ROI and customer acquisition metrics.
- Content Direction & Creative Coordination.
- Collaborate with the creative team on digital content.
- Generate concepts for fashion shoots and collaborations.
- Analyse customer journeys.
- Influencer, Ambassador & Community Partnerships.
- Manage influencers and ambassadors.
- Track performance and ensure alignment.
- Analytics & Reporting.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
Minimum Requirements & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven digital campaign management.
- Fashion retail or FMCG marketing experience.
- E-commerce knowledge.
- Basic design skills.
