POST 1: EXPERIENCED ROUGH PLANNERS
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of Sarine Advisor 7.6 & 8.0 rough analyzers
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Rough Planning
- Must have knowledge on Galaxy planning and manual planning
- Referrals from previous experience
POST 2: EXPERIENCED FANCY POLISHERS
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Fancy
- Must have knowledge on polishing all Fancy shapes
- Referrals from previous experience
POST 3: EXPERIENCED ROUNDS GEMOLOGISTS
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in GIA grading standards
- High accuracy and consistency on decision making
- Must be able to judge potentials
- Must have knowledge of grading all fancy shapes and rounds
- Referrals from previous experience
POST 4: EXPERIENCED ROUNDS & FANCY SUPERVISORS
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in diamond supervision and management
- Experienced and high level of polishing skills
- Proven management and training skills
- Referrals from previous experience
POST 5: LASER SAWING TECHNICIAN
Minimum Requirements
- Must be highly skilled in using Fusion, Quaser and Synova Waterjet Laser sawing machines
- Have skills in basic maintenance of Laser sawing machines
- Knowledge of working with majority of rough diamond shapes and models
- Working knowledge of cutting diamonds using pie sawing, scope sawing techniques and stress stone cutting
- Should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Laser sawing Technician
