We are currently seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full production cycle, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
- Ensure all production goals and quality standards are met on schedule.
- Manage staff performance, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
- Work closely with other departments, such as design and quality assurance, to ensure product specifications are achieved.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the MD to enhance overall production operations.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years proven experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a production management role.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within the garment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in production planning and quality control processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
