Overview
Nashua Botswana, a leading ICT company providing office automation, products, and services to both private and government sectors, is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Operator Intern (OSM). The successful candidate will monitor surveillance systems, respond to alerts, and provide detailed reports to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Investigate incidents and prepare reports for clients.

-Monitor surveillance systems (Hik Vision).

-Maintain records and write detailed end-of-shift reports.

-Follow Standard Operating Procedures for surveillance operations.

-Respond to alerts and report to relevant authorities.

Entry Requirements

-Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

-Basic knowledge of computing and CCTV-related systems.

-0–2 years of relevant experience.

-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in MS Suite applications.
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with computer hardware and software installation.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and operating systems.
