Overview

Malmo Lounge is hiring vigilant and disciplined Security Officers to help ensure the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property. This role requires professionalism, a strong presence, and the ability to act decisively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor entry and exit points to enforce lounge policies and prevent unauthorized access.

-Patrol the premises and surrounding areas to maintain a secure environment.

-Handle disruptive behavior and de-escalate conflicts when necessary.

-Cooperate with management and law enforcement during incidents.

-Conduct checks to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.

-Maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct or criminal activity.

-Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety procedures.

Requirements and Skills

-Must be 21 years or older.

-Physically fit and mentally alert.

-Prior experience in security or a related field is an advantage.

-Good communication and observation skills.

-Ability to stay calm under pressure and act with discretion.

-Must be of sober habits and good character.

-Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
