Overview
Malmo Lounge is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Barmen to deliver excellent beverage service to our valued guests. The successful candidates will be expected to mix and serve drinks efficiently, while creating a vibrant and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
-Engage with customers and provide friendly, professional service.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
-Restock bar inventory and ensure supplies are always available.
-Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
-Operate POS systems accurately when processing drink orders.
-Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.
-Support overall lounge operations as needed.
Requirements and Skills
-Prior experience as a Barman or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
-Knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail preparation.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Energetic, courteous, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
-Must be of legal drinking age and have sober habits.
-Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
