Non-Executive Director – Core West Group

Core West Group is a privately-owned investment and corporate advisory group based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and London, UK.
We are actively leading a venture to expand the company’s footprint in Southern Africa through the expansion of our corporate advisory business into Namibia.
The company is currently recruiting to form a world-class board of directors responsible for leading the Namibian corporate advisory division. We are seeking an experienced non-executive director, to join the board of directors in Namibia, with experience in corporate finance, capital raising, project and trade finance, or investment banking.
Non-Executive Directors will be responsible for providing guidance, oversight, and input on company operations, playing an active role in steering the company toward achieving the goals, targets, and vision that has been set.
Directors are compensated through an annual directors fee commensurate with their directorship, augmented by performance bonuses, and an equity holding in the company itself to which entitles the directors to annual dividends derived from the company’s profit. This comprehensive package will be discussed in greater depth during interviews and engagements with prospective candidates.
Essential Requirements:
- Established/Proven Experience in Corporate Finance and/or;
- Investment Banking or Capital Raising
- (Optional/Beneficial) Experience in Project and Trade Finance
