Rosy Blue Facets Pty Ltd. Molepolole, Botswana is looking to hire

Production Manager

• Experience more than 20 years in Diamond Industry
• Capable of Training Botswana personnel to Rosy Blue Standards
• Understanding the new technology and trends in industry
• Knowledge in all facets of polishing in terms of sizes and makes, especially AGS 000
• Should be able to over-see all stages of – from planning to grading (if production – required do the job)
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques like Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage

Full Stone Polisher/Trainer

• Experience more than 10 years in Diamond Industry
• Capable of Training Botswana personnel to Rosy Blue Standards
• Knowledge in all facets of polishing in terms of sizes and makes, especially AGS 000
• Should be able to over-see all stages of polishing from preparation to final polish

Head of Finance

• Experience more than 15 years of which atleast 5 years in diamond industry Understanding of Labour, Income Tax, VAT CIPA and other laws as applicable to company in Botswana
• Understanding of IFRS
• Candidate should be able to respond to queries from auditors in Botswana and Dubai
• Should be able to advise the management on adoption of new technology, cost- cutting, labour efficiency
• Expert Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software
