Sales, Marketing & Business Development Officer

We are looking for confident, motivated individuals who can represent Fez Education professionally, connect with companies, promote our training programs, and contribute to our growth across Botswana.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients
• Make outreach calls, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-ups
• Present Fez Education’s services clearly and confidently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Convert leads into confirmed trainings and meet set targets

• Assist with social media promotion and basic marketing campaigns
• Represent Fez Education at events, trainings, and activations
• Support the development of promotional materials and marketing ideas

• Research new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Contribute ideas and strategies to help Fez Education expand nationally
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and collaboration

• Maintain a client database and organised follow-up records
• Support training logistics when needed
• Ensure smooth communication before and after training sessions

✅ What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
✅ Confident, articulate, and professional client communication
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets
✅ Organised, proactive, and reliable
✅ Based in Gaborone (Maruapula)
