Job Description
To take demand from Personal, Executive and Private Banking clients for banking matters in our Contact Centre. These range from clients queries, enquiries and instructions (e.g. Statements, product knowledge enquiries etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce or related
Experience Required
Minimum of two years working experience in the financial services sector
Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products is advantageous
