Job Title: Administration Accountant (5 or more Years Experience)
📍 Location: Phakalane | 🕒 Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Accountant with more than 5 years of experience who can also confidently handle general office and administrative responsibilities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle numbers, operations, and people.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

Record and reconcile inventory transactions

Prepare and issue customer invoices
-
Assist in budgeting, reporting, and general financial oversight

Manage A/R and A/P, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings
Administrative & Office Support
-
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
-
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
-
Support HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records management
-
Ensure smooth communication across teams and leadership
Qualifications
-
5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance
-
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

Prior experience with inventory tracking and invoicing

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Comfortable taking ownership of administrative operations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Nice to Have

Experience in a small business or startup environment

Familiarity with other accounting software or ERP systems
