Position: Assistant Camp Management Officer

Overview:
MMG-Khoemacau Copper Mining is recruiting a dedicated Assistant Camp Management Officer to support the daily delivery of high-quality camp services across multiple sites. The role ensures that accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and recreational facilities are operated to standard, while maintaining health, safety, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and support contractors across all camp service areas.
-Follow up on service delivery issues and escalate unresolved matters.
-Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of accommodation occupancy data.
-Conduct regular inspections to uphold hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
-Track service performance and compliance with KPIs.
-Assist with daily planning and coordination of camp operations.
-Provide logistical support during onboarding and orientation of new camp residents.
Requirements and Skills:
-Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in camp or hospitality operations, ideally in remote or mining environments.
-Strong understanding of camp services operations and quality standards.
-Basic knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, and Community (SHEC) practices.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
