Overview:

Makoro Brick & Tile is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the automatic dehacking and setting machine section, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the operation of dehacking and setting machines.

-Ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.

-Monitor and improve the performance of production processes.

-Train and oversee machine operators to maintain operational standards.

-Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

-Diploma in Welding & Fabrication or equivalent.

-Minimum 5 years of experience working with automated machinery.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
