Bolux Group requires the services of a qualified/ experienced
- BAKERY & CONFECTIONARY SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Bakery & Pasta, you shall have the responsibility to lead and supervise Confectionary activities, ensure that products meet confectionary standards to satisfy sales and revenue requirements.
Your principal responsibilities shall include the following:
- Monitor the raw material levels and where necessary order the materials to ensure that there is enough stock in the holding bins for production.
- Ensure the effective development of new products for the Confectionery target market based on optimal capacity solutions.
- Confectionery.
- Schedule resource deployment within the team through shift rosters in order to ensure that the Confectionery plant
- Facilitate the orientation and training of new employees, ensuring that they achieve the required standards and become familiar with Confectionery plant policies, procedures, products and services and available resources and processes.
