Call Center Agent – Staffwise (Pty) Ltd
JOB OVERVIEW
Staffwise is looking for energetic, vibrant graduates for the position of Call Centre Agents.
We have several vacancies for contact centre agents providing services for a financial services institution. The centre handles enquiries from customers through different digital channels (phone, email, web-chat and social media) on a variety of banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will deal with enquires by forming an accurate assessment and understanding of the enquiry in order to respond and handle the enquiry/request to the satisfaction of the customer and within the parameters and guidelines provided.
As this position has a direct impact on the bank’s customer service you will professionally represent the bank to the customer and be accountable for sensing and meeting the customer needs in the most friendly and efficient manner. From the training provided you will learn and rely on your knowledge of products, processes, and services to provide information and/or offer support and problem solving and, where necessary, leverage the team and/or supervisor for support/guidance.
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
The centre is situated in Kgale, Gaborone. Transport is provided for candidates within a reasonable radius of the centre. Agents must be prepared to do shift work and on weekends and public holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The most critical skills/personality requirements for this role:
- Any Business Related Degree
- Previous experience in a call centre or banking (with a record of good performance) is an advantage.
