Overview

Malmo Lounge is looking for honest, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Cashiers. This role is vital in ensuring smooth payment transactions and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

-Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions securely.

-Issue receipts and balance the till at the end of each shift.

-Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

-Assist in answering customer queries regarding pricing, menu items, or promotions.

-Alert management to any irregularities or discrepancies in transactions.

-Work collaboratively with waitstaff and management to ensure efficient service.

Requirements and Skills

-Basic numeracy and computer skills.

-Trustworthy, responsible, and well-mannered.

-Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.

-Good communication skills in Setswana and English.

-Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak hours.

-Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
