VACANCY: SUPERVISORS- Housekeeping Services

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance are maintained across all facilities. The position reports to the Site Manager and is tenable in Jwaneng.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities in offices, ablutions, change houses. kitchens, and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Train, guide, and monitor cleaning staff to deliver quality service.
• Conduct inspections, keep records, and report on cleaning performance.
• Manage cleaning materials, equipment, and stock levels effectively.
• Enforce safe working practices and company policies

Qualifications & Experience

• BGSE/O Levels and certificate in Housekeeping, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning, preferably in a mining or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure. Supervisory experience is an added advantage
