Change Management Specialist at BIHL GROUP

Job Summary

The Change Management Specialist will support BIHL Group in implementing organizational change initiatives that enhance strategic and operational delivery of projects and other business initiatives. This role will focus on managing change, and collaborating with functions across the group to ensure that changes to business processes, systems, and technologies are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve the BIHL Group’s strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Relevant certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP) is an added advantage
  3. 6 years of experience in change management or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment.

  4. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
