Overview:

Lenfrank Investments (PTY) Ltd is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the role of Cleaning Supervisor. The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent supervisory skills, and the ability to oversee cleaning operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and schedules
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Provide guidance and training to cleaners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed
• Report to management and maintain performance records

Requirements and Skills:

• BGCSE certificate
• A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (with verifiable references)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
