Position: Construction Manager – Paste Fill / Batch Plant
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Paste Fill / Batch Plant to lead the planning, construction, and commissioning of pastefill and batch plant systems. This role ensures project timelines, quality, safety, and operational readiness are met in line with underground mining requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the full lifecycle of pastefill/batch plant construction projects from design to commissioning.
-Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and operations to ensure project success.
-Manage construction schedules, budgets, and timelines.
-Supervise compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
-Track performance and adjust plans as necessary.
-Develop project documentation and provide reports to senior leadership.
-Promote a culture of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 7 years’ experience managing pastefill plant construction in underground mining.
-Strong knowledge of paste mixing, reticulation systems, and construction methods.
-Proven project management and technical skills.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality work execution.
-Experience working in challenging underground conditions.
-Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
