Contract and Operations Manager – Gaborone
Job Summary:
LETS FUEL is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fuel transportation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract performance.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Monitor contract compliance and performance, ensuring all obligations are met.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Provide guidance and support to the operations team regarding contractual matters.
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contract management role within the fuel transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and industry-specific regulations.
