Customer Liaison Coordinator – OPTIONS BOTSWANA
Purpose
Join our dynamic retail team and make an impact that resonates with customers and drives sales. We are looking for a Customer Liaison Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Effectively resolve products and service issues, including customer complaints, online orders, queries and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to processes or services.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with customer’s contractors, suppliers and service providers by adhering to service level agreements and contractual obligations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements & Experience
- A Certificate/Diploma in Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Customer Liaison Coordinator or related (added advantage).
