VACANCY: Driver-Housekeeping Services
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport employees to and from the work as part of a cleaning services contract. The successful candidate will ensure safe, punctual, and professional transport services in line with company and mine safety standards. The position reports to the Operations Manager and is tenable in Jwaneng.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport cleaning staff to and from the mine site and Jwaneng/Sese
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company procedures.
- Keep accurate trip records, fuel usage, and logbooks.
- Assist with other transport or logistical duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
Valid heavy duty driver’s license with valid PrDP (Passenger)
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ driving experience (Passenger transportation an advantage). Good knowledge of road safety and defensive driving practices.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Punctual, reliable, and safety focused.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
