Electricians x40 – BOTIC CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD

We are seeking qualified and experienced electricians to join our team for a major solar panel electricity system installation project based in Jwaneng, Botswana.

🔧 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1. Senior Electricians (Team Leaders) – 10 Positions
   Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of electrical experience, preferably with solar systems
• Proven experience in leading and supervising teams
• Trade Test Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Health and Safety awareness and compliance
• Junior Electricians – 30 Positions
  Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and installations
  • Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and work under supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

⚡ Project Location: Jwaneng, Botswana

🗓️ Duration: Project-based (with possibility of extension)

📌 Key Responsibilities (All Roles):

• Installation of solar panels, wiring, and related components
• Compliance with safety standards and installation procedures
• Working closely with engineers and project managers
• Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of work
• Accurate reporting of progress and incidents on-site
