Overview:
The General Hands/Assistants will provide general support in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workshop and construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers with daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle materials and equipment safely.
- Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and assembling.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- No formal qualification required, but experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- Reliable and hardworking individual.
