This Two (2) year structured program aims to cultivate a pipeline of capable professionals within the various business units of our organisation.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Assist with design, development, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Participate in project planning, documentation, and reporting
  • Hands on support for commissioning and optimization of plant equipment on site
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, process, and automation engineers.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
  • Contribute to data analysis and continuous improvement of plant performance
  • Learn and apply relevant engineering codes, standards, and best practices. Assist with training of processing plant equipment for internal stakeholders

Technical Competencies

  • Strong Academic record and eagerness to learn
  • A willingness to be “hands on” ensuring the effective operations of the plant, this will mean getting involved with general maintenance activities as the plant requires
  • self-motivated
  • Interest in industrial automation, control systems, and power distribution
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PLC programming, or SCADA systems is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
  • Should have graduated with First Class (1) or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)
  • Entry Level Position.
  • Registered or ability to register with Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
  • Must be in possession of a valid Class B Driver’s License
