Supply Chain

This Two (2) year structured program aims to cultivate a pipeline of capable professionals within the various business units of our organisation.

Key Performance Areas:

Support procurement activities including:

  • Raising and expediting purchase requisitions and orders
  • Supplier follow-ups and document management
  • Assisting in vendor performance monitoring
  • Sourcing quotations and placing orders

Assist in logistics coordination:

  • Tracking shipments and managing delivery schedules
  • Supporting customs and freight processes
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth delivery flow

Participate in warehousing operations:

  • Receiving, binning, and issuing of materials
  • Stock accuracy and reconciliation support
  • Supporting cycle counts and inventory verifications

Support in contracts Management:

  • Maintaining the contract register and filing system
  • Monitoring contract milestones and expiry dates
  • Contracts close-out and performance tracking
  • Organising contract meetings and documentation

Prepare and update Supply Chain reports and dashboards

  • Ensure compliance with safety, procurement, and warehousing procedures
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives across the department
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Technical Competencies

  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles and processes
  • Attention to detail and good organisation skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Should have graduated with First Class (1) or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)
  • Entry Level Position.
  • Must be in possession of a valid Class B Driver’s License
