Education & Experience Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environment in a middle management role
• Must be registered with ERB (Engineering Registration Board)

Key Responsibility Areas
• Manage all key performance responsibilities according to procedures, requirements, and target settings per operational decisions and QM-System
• Lead change management including feasibility assessment and implementation for product, process, and procedures
• Coordinate prototyping and sampling projects, draft project timelines
• Continuously evaluate product, process, and procedures for economy, efficiency, and performance; ensure compliance with specifications
•Develop strategies and action plans for continuous improvement in collaboration with all departments
•Analyze capacity and resources (industrialization), budget, and plan for production equipment installation and monitor budget utilization
• Provide plant support and customer management
• Perform further responsibilities as assigned by management (e.g., OHS functions)
