MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
โ 5 yearsโ experience post qualification, with at least 3 of those in a mining environment or heavy industry.
โ Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
โ Must have full knowledge of applicable OHS Management Systems.
โ Recognized Incident Investigation Course (ICAM ideally).
Knowledge and Awareness of relevant Botswana OHS statutes..
โ Blasting License (Will be an advantage).
โ Class B Manual Driverโs License.
โ Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
โ BGCSE plus NCC in Welding and Fabrication or equivalent.
โ Class B Manual driverโs license.
โ 2-year post-qualifying experience or successful completion of the Artisan Development Program (ADP).
โ Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015.
โ Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.

โ Experience in underground mining is an added advantage.
โ Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.
