Overview:
A&K Sanctuary is looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the seamless daily operations of one of its premier lodges. The ideal candidate will ensure superior guest experiences and drive a culture of excellence in one of Botswana’s top wildlife destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services, activities, and food and beverage operations
- Uphold the highest service standards
- Lead and inspire a diverse team
- Manage lodge budgets and cost control
- Maintain stakeholder relationships
- Promote conservation and sustainability
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in lodge management, preferably in a safari setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Passion for wildlife and conservation
