Overview

Malmo Lounge is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

-Supervise day-to-day lounge operations including staff, stock, and customer service.

-Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

-Coordinate schedules and manage employee performance.

-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

-Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.

-Work closely with ownership to meet financial and performance goals.

-Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase patronage.

-Enforce all health, safety, and compliance regulations.

Requirements and Skills

-Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or lounge management.

-Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

-Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

-Financial literacy and stock control experience.

-Ability to work under pressure, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Professional, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
