Position: Mine Control Supervisor
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Mine Control Supervisor to manage the underground mine control function. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of the mine plan, ensuring safety, compliance, and production targets are achieved in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead the mine control team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
-Monitor and manage control systems related to blasting, ventilation, and mine development.
-Implement and oversee mine control procedures to mitigate risks and support decision-making.
-Analyze production data and issue reports to support planning and operations teams.
-Ensure accurate mine data recording, including drill and blast, production rates, and inspections.
-Coordinate cross-functional communications and shift activities.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mine control or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of mine planning, scheduling, and underground processes.
-Familiarity with blasting and ventilation systems, mine control software, and monitoring tools.
-Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
-Strong understanding of mining safety legislation and standards.
-High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
