Position: Mine Superintendent
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is hiring an experienced Mine Superintendent to coordinate and lead underground mining activities at the Zone 5 Mine Site. This leadership position ensures compliance with mine plans, safety standards, and production schedules, while mentoring local personnel and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate underground mining operations, personnel, and development activities.
-Monitor mine plans, geological data, and surveys to guide safe, efficient production.
-Issue safety directives and enforce regulations based on risk assessments.
-Ensure effective use of manpower, equipment, and resources.
-Report on production, scheduling, incidents, and performance.
-Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior team on strategic planning and problem-solving.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mining at a supervisory or superintendent level.
-Strong understanding of mechanized development, blasting, ventilation, and safety systems.
-Skilled in risk assessment, reporting, and technical evaluation.
-Ability to coordinate teams and prioritize tasks across multiple shifts.
-Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
-Proven leadership in achieving high safety and production standards.
