Overview

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the school in implementing its vision, mission, and strategic goals.

-Oversee academic programs, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

-Manage staff performance, professional development, and welfare.

-Ensure compliance with Cambridge International Education standards.

-Foster relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the broader community.

Entry Requirements

-At least a degree plus a qualification in Education.

-A minimum of 5 years serving as a Principal in an English medium school.

-A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
