Overview
Regent Hill International School is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to oversee and coordinate the school’s administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management, compliance with institutional policies, and effective support for academic departments.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee all administrative functions to ensure efficient school operations.
-Manage administrative staff and allocate duties effectively.
-Implement and maintain school policies, procedures, and records management systems.
-Support the Principal and management team in planning and executing administrative strategies.
-Ensure compliance with Cambridge International Education and school standards.
Entry Requirements
-At least a Master’s degree in any relevant educational discipline.
-A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an English medium school.
-At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative position (added advantage).
-Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.
