- Monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Carry out training and discipline
- Managing stock
- Resolve customers complaints
– Carry out cash ups, cash drops
Qualifications:
- Tertiary certificate or Diploma
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management / Retail Operations
Work experience
-the successful candidate should have strong and extensive experience and knowledge of restaurant operations.
-Minimum experience of 2-3 years
