JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for Retail Sales Assistant, the role will work closely with multiple divisions including Product Management, Customer Value Management, and Digital Product Management on the project and support business as usual activities across the unit as needed.
Responsible for executing daily end-to-end operations of respective retail outlet and provide efficient service to customers according to company procedures key performance areas.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales/ marketing is preferred).

The role also requires the candidate to have Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Revenue Management, Customer Query & Request Fulfilment, Customer Feedback Management, Store/Franchisee management and Project Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales/ marketing is preferred).
- 0 – 2 years’ experience of sales and customer service environment.
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
- Sector experience is advantageous.
