Overview
Tsetseng Retail Group is seeking a Ringman to oversee and control the Curb Lining operations during their assigned shift. This role entails supervising the team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting on daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities
–Daily Operations: Supervise and control production and stage operations.
–Reporting: Record and report completed work daily.
–SHEQ Compliance: Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BGCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Certificates:
- Valid Onsetter’s Certificate.
- Blasting Certificate issued by the Department of Minerals and Energy.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sinking environment as a Ringman.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Advantageous: Additional certificates in engineering, construction, or basic engineering fields.
