SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE) ADMINISTRATOR (3 Year Contract)
Reporting to the SHE Officer, the incumbent will be assisting with planning, establishing, maintaining and implementing a variety of safety, health and environmental programmes to ensure the highest possible degree of safety for employees and compliance to relevant statutes minimizing company risk.
Key performances areas
• Assist in implementation of the management system by preparing reports, updating all SHE procedures as required and ensure records systems are effectively maintained.
• Plan and arrange safety training sessions and meetings for employees and Safety champions.
• Assist in reviewing and conducting risk assessments/ aspects and impacts registers and participate in incident investigations.
• Assist in implementing audit plans and corrective actions, including hygiene, first aid box checks, housekeeping, and area inspections.
• Contractor Management and Inductions.
• Emergency Response Management.
• Support coordination of all SHE activities and initiatives to align with legal requirements, internal procedures, and corporate strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
The candidates should have attained the following:
•Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety or Environmental Management/Science or relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Safety and Environmental Management role. Experience in a telecommunications environment will be advantageous
