Sales Administrative Officer (2 Positions) at NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK
STRATEGIC IMPACT
To ensure efficient loan processing through proper administration, including day to day management of Temo Letlotlo Loans.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide loan processing and ensure compliance to the process.
- Work closely with Sales Executives in the loan cycle from pre-assessment to disbursement.
- Provide initial onboarding of loan applications.
- Check application forms, review and allocate to the respective region.
- File and maintain loan application documents and records management.
- Register loan application on the system.
- Ensure clients submit for Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
- Ensure a seamless loan application process.
- Provide timely resolution of customer queries.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Administration Diploma or Related qualification
- Data Analytics
- Know Your Customer (KYC) processes will be added advantage
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Financial Institution
