📍 Location: Plot 73861, Raw 28, Unit 16, Phakalane

PRIMARY ROLE
To drive sales growth by promoting Studio Pak’s custom packaging and branding solutions, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s visibility through consistent engagement, marketing, and follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Certificate in Sales & Marketing
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
-Excellent communication skills (English required; Setswana or other local languages an advantage)
-Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office, Instagram/Facebook Business Suite, and basic Canva or WhatsApp Business
-Knowledge of packaging materials, branding, or corporate gifting is a strong advantage
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

EXPERIENCE
-1–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, or client service (preferably in printing, branding, packaging, or creative industries)
-Proven record of achieving monthly sales targets and managing client relationships
-Skilled in preparing quotations, invoices, and client follow-ups
-Experience with B2B (corporate) and B2C (walk-in/online) clients
-Familiarity with CRM systems or manual tracking via spreadsheets
-Exposure to trade shows, pop-up markets, or brand activations is an added advantage

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
–Base Salary: Fixed monthly rate
Commission: Percentage per sale, based on performance milestones
