Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is recruiting a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead multiple underground mining projects at the Zone 5 Mine Site. This role demands a hands-on leader with extensive technical, commercial, and team management expertise to drive safe, high-performance project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of project delivery including safety, performance, scheduling, and commercial outcomes.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and teams.
-Drive productivity and continuous improvement using KPIs and system analysis.
-Oversee risk management, planning, and execution to ensure project alignment.
-Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
-Resolve issues efficiently and guide long-term strategic decisions.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in underground mining, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.
-Experience in high-speed mechanized development environments.
-First-Class Mine Manager’s Certificate (preferred).
-Proven ability to lead complex mining projects.
-Strong understanding of safety, productivity, and workforce development systems.
-Skilled in project performance analysis and risk mitigation.
-Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
